Out of Hours Call Services
'us’- Utility Services operates a 24-hour 7 day-a-week telephone call centre that provides services such as full diagnoses of customer calls and complaints on systems faults and breakdowns. The service incorporates collation of accurate information from customers and assigning work to appropriate maintenance teams so that repairs are completed speedily and to the satisfaction of customers.
Other services that are offered include the provision of after hours customer care with regard to accounts enquiries and monitoring of water and sewer sites via telemetry alarms.
‘us’ -Utility Services offer a telephone call response service to other authorities and companies. We currently provide this type of service to a range of organisations including local government and commonwealth departments, several rural water authorities and a major bulk water authority supplier.
Our group of experienced operators are trained to provide high levels of customer service for a wide range of customers in often challenging situations. Complete call analysis is undertaken by the relevant call operator to ensure quick diagnoses of the fault and/or emergency. All incoming customer calls are recorded for improvement and training purposes, to ensure jobs are allocated correct priorities.

The call centre also provides alarm monitoring and alarm analysis service for the South East Water service area as well as for the other businesses.
The Call Operators are on a shift roster to cover all hours of the day, and provide a high level of service as a result of the emphasis on training programs to support the various services provided.
The call operators are backed by an experienced management team keen to ensure the services provided are delivered in a way the clients expect from a professional organisation.
