Dorset Square Car Park Redevelopment Phase 2, Boronia

'us' - Utility Services has been awarded a contract by Knox City Council to redevelop the car park at Dorset Square Shopping Centre. This project is Phase 2 of an upgrade project initiated in 2008.

'us' - Utility Services will provide design, construction, traffic management and maintenance services for Phase 2 of the project. In addition, 'us' - Utility Services will establish a Customer Liaison role to liaise with local traders and also appoint a full-time onsite traffic manager to ensure minimal disruption to traffic flows, pedestrian access and therefore overall local trade.

In addition, 'us' - Utility Services offers a uniquely environmentally friendly approach that will see 100% of the old materials either re-used or recycled, thus minimising the environmental impact of the proposed works.
